Weather Restrictions: Thermoplastic Caulking / Sealant

Connect to your favourite weather forecaster and look for the following conditions:

 

Category: Sealants (Caulking)     Product: Thermoplastic Caulking / Sealant

Temperature Limitations: Above -30 C (-22 F) and below +40 C (104 F) -- keep product above +5 C (+40 F)

Rain Limitations: Dry before, during and for 30 minutes after application.

Wind Limitations:  n/a

Humidity Limitations: n/a

Continuous Conditions: n/a

 

Comments: This is the most common of exterior caulkings.  Apply to clean, dry surface -- free of frost or ice.  Although the surface can be very cold, keep the product above +5 C (+40 F) for ease of application.
